Firmware Version:

Hi All,

I need to downgrade the firmware urgently due to the lastest buggy firmware, i understand that we have the tool to do it known as upgrade_GDPR.exe which also found in the previous beta firmware set.

I contacted the support, but until now no one reply yet. I cannot down my wifi network for so long.

Does anyone have one to share with me? I appreciate your help here.

Thank you

@AndyNg

Hello, may I know why do you want to degrade the firmware?

Please describe your problems with more details after firmware upgrade. Then we can do some troubleshooting to figure it out.

And if we cannot fix it, we can show you the instruction to degrade the firmware.

Good day.

@Kevin_Z

I installed 8 deco M5 for one of my client used in the manufacturing plant one year ago,they are running fine.

I upgrade the firmware to latest 1.4.0 Build 20191223 Rel 38921 via the Deco App today , and then i found out the deco node will keep disconnect and reconnect, very un-stable, can anyone share with me on the downgrade tool for downgrade back to the working firmware version?  its urgent as it running some production task now.

Appreciate your help.

Thank You
