Guys, maybe you have a Broadlink RM3 mini device?

TL:DR: I sucessfully removed the error 9003.
I have been trying to solve this issues for many months and I'm so happy that I found this thread. When I contacted TP-Link support they were completely unhelpful and had no idea what this error code was. They suggested I return/replace my device.
I have an Archer VR400 router and I can confirm that the error 9003 is related to having a Broadlink RM Mini3 device that is connected to the network. I don't know why, but removing this device has cleared the error.
To remove the 9003 error code:
- Disconnect the Broadlink RM Mini3 from the power (shut it off)
- Reboot the router
- Log back into the router settings - no more error.
Link to another thread with multiple users indicating that the Broadlink RM Mini3 was causing issues.
Thanks to @epyblast for suggesting this solution!

Hello, may I know can you see this error code in other pages?
Try to use different web browsers or devices to access the web UI.
And you can reboot the router to give it a go.
If still the same, please hard reset it by holding the reset hole for 10s with the router powered on.
Good day.

I did try to reboot & with different web browsers from different computers/laptops - nothing works
regarding hard reset, then i will lose all my configurations right ?
I don't want to loose, is there is a way to save them and apply it after hard reset ?

@OmarD Just wondering if you were able to resolve this.
I'm having an Error Code 9003 on a new Archer VR500v as well. I requested a replacement but it did not resolve the issue. I basically disconnected everything except 1 laptop via ethernet then rebooted the modem - the error disappear but as soon as I add other devices the Error Code 9003 returns.

Yes. As a matter of fact, I do. I will disconnect it and observe. Thank you for coming back to this thread.

@OmarD Maybe something related to the name of the device? When the name will be showed in a config page of the router, the error 9003 appears. Disconnect the device, reboot your router, and try again. Error code is gone!

@epyblast - Yes. This device is definitely what's causing the Error 9003. I've powered off the device and rebooted the modem and the error is no longer happening. Darn, good thing I resisted buying a second Broadlink device.
