We have a customer looking for support on machine with ABB controls. I believe the processor is an AC500. They had another company rework the original controls they went for low bid and got exactly what they paid for. Poor quality installation and bad documentation. Is there any way to upload the program from the PLC?  My brief search says if you do not h hotmail.com ave the original program and the SD card is not in the controller it is impossible to upload the program. Is this true? 10.0.0.0.1
