Model: Deco M9 Plus
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.3.0

I seem to be not able to broadcast wake on lan remotely. Port forwarding does not seem to allow it. It works fine locally.

Does it lack this feature or do I do something wrong?

@Ripa

Hello, may I know how did you setup the Wake on LAN?

What is the current internet IP address of the Deco M9 plus?

As my knowledge, the Deco does not support IP&MAC binding, so we cannot satisfy the needs to wake it up on WLAN.

Deco M9 Plus is targeted to be a smart home mesh network and yet it can't provide Wake On LAN functionality? It's lacking of NAT function which make partial of my home made smart home devices crippled. Is there roundabout way to solve both WOL & NAT issues?

@GreatWork

Hi, I have seen your message;

Deco M9 plus supports 64 address reservation;

It is not limited to 15/16;

As for the WOL over the internet, I am afraid there is still no updated plan yet;

For the NAT-loopback issue, I have checked with the engineers that the latest firmware has fixed this issue;

(But if you still have this issue, please feel free to provide us more details about it;)

Thank you very much.
