Hello, what about the wired connection? Does it work normally when wireless connection lost?

Try to log into the web UI of TL-WPA9610 and adjust some wireless settings to improve the wifi performance, like wireless channel and channel width.

Besides, please update the firmware to the latest one.

May it help.

@Kevin_Z

I am not sure if wired ethernet affected, need to wait for next time to happen and check. But I could see that before the LEDs of Power, Powerline and Ethernet also disappear for a brieft moment before coming back, similar to power on from the beginning. Hence, I guess the wired connection is also affected.

The firmware is up-to-date.

While I was trying to switch to different channels and channel width, the problem happened again, I have doubt if this is the cause.

Thanks for your reply.

Try to move them into the same room and take some time to test whether it works well.

And you can disable power saving mode with the tpPLC utility. Below is the instruction:

May it help.
