Since buying the Archer MR600 4G+ router last weekend, I am having extreme problems in getting my IPTV to work properly.

Everyting else is working fine, just not watchin TV over the internet.

 

I have tried everything I can think of and the only thing missing now is to change the DNS server adresses to something like google or cloudfare, but I can't seem to change this setting in the router? 

 

Can someone show me the light how to do that?

Or do I need to configure the router in a specific way to get IPTV to work?

How do you connect the IPTV to the Archer MR600? 

 

Have you ever enabled IPTV function on the web UI? You can contact the ISP to confirm the configuration parameters of the IPTV.

 

You can change DNS server under the advanced-network-LAN settings page to change DNS server to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4.

@Kevin_Z Thank you for trying to help.

 

The TV is wired directly to the router and I did try to change to the google DNS.

 

I never thought of enabling the IPTV setting, so thank you for pointing me in that direction!

It doesn't help unfortunately, still the same issues.

 

Strange thing is that it was working for about a week until it suddenly started to mess with me.

Hello @Edge22, I have the same issue as you. Everything else works, but IPTV which takes ages to load a channel. Any chance you found an answer what could be the issue?

Hello @Kevin_Z, how do I setup "IPTV" in 3G/4G Router Mode? I can't see option for that.
