Adding passthrough to TL-WPA4220

Hello
can I install a TL-WPA4220KIT and then add to it a passthrough powerline adaptor like TL-WPA8630P?
I need a passthrough adaptor in the room I am extending to, and I cannot directly install a TL-WPA8630PKIT because the TL-PA8010P element is too big for where it needs to go. By contrast, the TL-PA4010 element of the TL-WPA4220KIT is much smaller and would fit easily. I don't mind it not having a passthrough socket in that room.
Or if there ar eany other solutions? I am not too concerned about speed.
Thanks!

For your information, all the TP-Link powerline adapters are compatible with each other.
As you mentioned, you do need the passthrough and are not too much concerned the speed, you can use the TL-PA4010P to replace the original one.
