Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.9.0 0.9.1

My tapo p100 and c200 can't detect my router (no hidden ssid) even I key in the ssid/password manually or Factory Default Restore the router , both of the tapo still can't detect , do I need to do any setting in my router ?

Hello, you can change the wireless settings to give it a go, including wireless channel and channel width. You can use channel 1, 6 or 11 for 2.4GHz and 20MHz for it.

hi , still not working after changing the channel to 1,6,11 and 20mhz , also try to reboot the router still not working , any idea ?

Hi, do you mean you have a Tapo P100 or C200 that cannot connect to the MR200's network? What have you tried to troubleshoot this issue? When you try to connect that device to the MR200, is there any error message?
