I have a TL-PA4020Pkit working fine snd i want to add a new TL-PA4010Pkit. The thing is that although they paired fine (looks like) I can t get internet connection with my computer connected to the new ones. I changed rooms but the new ones although they paired fine yhey don't connect to internet.

Any ideas?

What is the led status of the powerline adapter? Please ensure that the powerline light is on, which looks like a little house. 

 

You can re-pair them via the tpPLC utility, below is the instruction:

What is the led status of the powerline adapter? Please ensure that the powerline light is on, which looks like a little house.

For start thanks for the reply.

The power plugs have all three leds on. The topology is as follows : 1st (AV 500 4020p kit ) on the router, 2nd (AV 5000 4020p kit) on XBOX( works fine) 3rd (the new AV600 4010p kit) on a plug with a computer . The computer on the 3rd has a network without access to Internet.

On the App the topology looks like this: The 1st connected with the 2nd and on the other screen the 3rd with the 2nd.

I have tried the faq that you mentioned and it worked! Thanks!

P.s. near my router s plug i have a led spotlight. When i turn that on the connection still fail! When i turn it off i m back in business! Everyone keep that in mind!

Thanks for your valued reply, glad to hear that you figured it out. 

 

And the electrical appliance may affect the performance of the powerline adapter due to potential interference, we can power them off to give it a go.
