Hi all wondering if someone can help me please.

I have an MR400 just purchased. And I'm using this with 4gee mobile network.

When my son goes on xbox he encounters strict nat and double nat. This stops him from playing online.

I have gone into the advanced section on router control panel to try and setup l2tp and then add a  vpn tunnel to get round this.

There is no l2tp tab under network/internet

And no option to select l2tp.

Can anyone help with this.

@robert0881

Hello, as for the double NAT issue, you can open the port for your son's xbox.

Below is the instruction to enable port forwarding on MR400.

https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/1675/

You can refer to this FAQ to get the port numbers you need open for Xbox. Or you can contact their tech support to get some help.

May it help.
