AX1500 slow upload speed
Hi,
I received today the new router, my ISP contact is 300mbps download / 300 upload.
When i run a speed test i get ~280mpbs down / up to 6mbps upload.
I put back the old TL-WDR4300 and i get ~90/90 up & down.
I wanted to benefit of more speed for upload not to get worse. Any ideea if there is a setting for "fast upload" or i just need to return it ?
Thanks.

Please help us to get the information below so that we can locate this issue and figure it out.
1. Who is ISP?
2. Do all the devices connected to the AX1500 have the same issue?
3. Please connect your computer to the AX1500 only and test the speed; then please show us a screenshot of the test results.
4. What is the current firmware version of the Archer AX1500? Have you ever enabled any advanced features? Like QoS?
Good day.

@Kevin_Z here are the answers to your list:
1. Isp is RDS/RCS
2. Yes, I tried from 2 diferent computers connected by wire.
3. Right now it works okay, last night it dropped and just recovered. I cant replicate it, sometimes a simple reboot works.
4. Firmware Version: 1.0.7 Build 20191206 Rel. 8935(4555). Qos is not enabled.
When the speed drops the test is to put the old router, and there the upload works okay.

Hi,
I have probably a same problem. My downloading speed is ~25Mbit/s, but my uploading speed is ~3Mbit/s with AX1500. If I connect my device direct to ISP without AX1500, my upload and download is ~25Mbit/s.
1. My Isp is Metron (Download = 25 Mbit/s / Upload = 25 Mbit/s)
2. I tried from 2 different devices: 1. computer connected by wire and 2. xbox one connected by wire with same results.
3. See attached file
4. Firmware Version: 1.0.7 Build 20191206 Rel. 8935. Qos is enabled, but I tried disable QoS and I got same result.
Thanks

I am also facing the same issue with AX1500.
my isp : Verizon FIOS
i have 200/200 Mbps plan. My old router AC1350 is giving upload speed of 100Mbps but AX1500 upload speed is only below 15Mbps.
Is this issue resolved? Could you please reply if any settings need to be changed.

Hi,
My router has still same issue. The support still did not provide any solution or new firmware. The situation is the same with the AX6000 router, where I assume that it is the same issue. I'm pretty frustrated with that, but during the COVID-19 crisis I wouldn't like to deal with complaints/returning. I feel like a hostage of TP-Link company :-( In the past, TP-Link devices were reliable, and the situation seems to have changed.

Review the QoS and try turning that off along with device list and see if this helps. Additionally, review Parental Controls and have that turn off too. Furthermore, some tp-link router has "NAT Boost" to help with ISP connection that is greater than 100mbps, turn this feature on. I'm not sure if the AX1500 has this feature or requires it. The below link might help.
