Model: Archer AX6000
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.0.7 Build 20200212 rel.7095(4555)

Hi.

Recently, i lost internet connection. I was luckily in the same room as the router. I just caught the lights on top of the router flashing. On checking the log, i could see an entry at the same time as the reboot as   Remote management. What exactly does this mean?.

I have remote management unchecked. Is someone accessing my router or am i being paranoid?

@Cawsie

Hi Steve, we need more information to analyze the meaning of the log.

1. What is the color of the LED light when you lost internet connection?

2. Do both wired connections and wireless connections have the same issue?

3. Can you access the web UI of the AX6000 when it stops working? If so, please show us a screenshot of the status page and the complete system log page.

4. Try to connect the PC to the modem directly, bypass AX6000 when it lost connection and verify whether you can access internet from modem.

5. How often it happens? How do you recover it?

Good day.
