Model: Deco M9 Plus
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.11

Hi,

I'm using Deco M9 plus 3 pack.

I really need your help.

I have many devices connected at home and my deco shows me around 30 devices.

I want to view which device is connected to which of the decos and on what band , 2.4 or 5GHZ, how can I see that ????

Also, the test speed that displayed by the app is significantly high then if I test on a speedtest website !!!

@phopnick

Good day,

Deco M9 plus V2 with the latest firmware already supported this feature:

3. Displayed which client is connected to which deco and which Wi-Fi band.

4. Displayed how Decos are connected to each other, using Wi-Fi or Ethernet backhaul.

Thank you very much!

@avniel

Hi, the Deco M9 plus V2 does not support these features yet, they will be added in the next firmware. You can keep an eye on Deco APP/official website for the updates.

Besides, what is the actual bandwidth you paid for your ISP? And what is the speed test result from APP/website respectively?

Good day.

Hi, the Deco M9 plus V1 supports this feature, what is the hardware version of yours?

You can find it on the back panel of the actual device.

This is outrages !!!! V2 is missing the following features that V1 already have 1. View which devices are connected to which of the decos 2. View which device is connected to 5ghz and which to 2.4ghz 3. View which device is connected wired and which is wireless 4. Web interface management All the above are missing from V2 , and this is outrages, V2 is the newer one or the old one ??? I'm going to replace all my tp link mesh system now because of that.

@avniel and @Boydsbuddy I want to know when this will be avaliable too.  I just setup my devices and how do I know if they are working correctly and roaming across the mesh network if I can't watch it.

@TP-Link

My hardware version is v1. The firmware version (displayed in the app) is 1.2.13.

I can't see to which deco my devices are connected to. So I understand I need hardware version v2. Correct? If yes, is that even possible to install firmware v2 on v1 decos?
