i cant connect my powerline with my pc i am trying to put the powerline wireless key to my tp link wifi and he is not connecting i want help

What is the model number of the powerline adapter? And what is the led status of them?

And the default wifi password is printed on the back label of the actual device, it is 8 digits numbers.
