Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: unknown

Hi

 

I have a VR900 , tried logging on today  - Got wrong password message - odd but okay did a password reset waited 15 minutes or so tried again still the same message.

 

How long do you have to wait before it sync's up ?

Have you bound this Archer VR900 with your cloud account? 

 

Can you log into the cloud website or the Tether app with the new password you created? 

https://www.tplinkcloud.com/

 

You can change another web browser or another device to access the VR900 to give it a shot. If still the same, you can unbind the cloud account on the Tether app first nd log in with the local login password.
