just tried to install the powerline with WiFi access.

no problem with the powerline itself. through LAN it works like a charm.

but i cannot connect any of my (Apple) devices. (iMac, Macbook, iPhone).

i see the WiFi with full reception, but i fail to connect.

i first tried with reset (over button). then restore to factory settings through the interface.

(btw: it's interesting, that through the Wireless PLC Device Scan the adapter can be accessed by wireless...)

also i tried advices from other threads, where they suggested to change the channel and remove the password (and re-add when the connection once works).

also i tried to chance SSID and password.

nothing worked for me.

also i noticed that rebooting (through the interface) does not make all the changes take effect.

somtimes the changes just took effect, when i unplugged the adapter and replugged it...

also i tried to check for a firmware update.

i got it from here: https://www.tp-link.com/ch/support/download/tl-wpa4220kit/v1/#Firmware

i chose the latest version and got a file named: WPA4220(EU)1.0_update_1.2.8_20140401.bin

the file seems not to be the correct one. in the interface it's not recognized.

anybody has any ideas or suggestions?
