WPA3 support For Deco M9 Plus

Hello i wanted to know if it will ever be added support for wpa3 protocol on deco m9 plus.

can The deco M9 plus V2 support WPA3?

product is excellent. Please provide WPA3 level protection. Some software is complaining about the network being insecure, and my IT guys are leaning on me to deal with it. I really don't want to replace these since I've only had the Deco M9 Plus for about 8 months.

@WaltDizzy Thats because its a mixed mode WPA/WPA2 that is enabled and there is no way to switch off WPA. I presume this was done to handle some of the older devices and iot devices. check this forum post- Firmware update for ioS14
To put WPA2 only in default you can use this beta firmware.

It will not give you WPA 3 but atleast it will be WPA2 which should be sufficient.

Missing WPA3 support is a shame at this price.
Poor or non-existant communication strategy. (Your message sounds like get your money & f__k you, sorry)
For this reason i will resell my Deco and buy Synology products,
Sad to see so poor support on software side for these excellent Deco products with excellent WI FI range coverage
If you have in view WPA3 for our DECO products, please communicate asap,

Hi, thanks for sharing your opinion on the community.
As far as I know, we do report this WPA3 request to the developers and the answer we got was that Deco M9 will support WPA3 in the future firmware upgrade, while we still don't have an ETA for that, so we cannot give you an exact date when you will have it on your Deco M9.
