Same goes for me. I have always used a static IP address for the power line adaptors and still get the problem.

I'm having the same issues with my TL-WPA4226 Kit. There is an DHCP-Server running in your devices and even broadcasting to LAN and disturbing the DHCP coming from the Router. This leads to connection issues so that no device can't connect to the Internet anymore. (also those who are directly connected via LAN to the Router)

Is there a fix going to be realeased - and if not ... how do i apply for a refund?

@TP-Link would this work on US variants of the 7510? If not, do you have an us beta firmware that address this issue to share?

@TP-Link I tried the new firmware but it doesn't fix the problem, far from it.

Now if the system starts in a netwrok with a running DHCP server it will not start a DHCP server and stop it after a few seconds as it used to. Which is fine. But if it boots in a network without a DHCP server it will start one for an indefinite amount of time, which is not correct.

As others reported the problem appears when the powerline adapter boots before the DHCP server, something that happens evertime there is a power loss --and the router takes longer to boot.

That DHCP server should not be running. I hope you understand that you are selling a product which is broken by design intenionally and you need to fix it. If you need a DHCP server to make the initial configuration easier for the end user you need to at least add an option to turn this "feature" off. Please!
