Hello everyone.....

My internet connection is ADSL based, so my main primary router is an ADSL router.
And, I have just purchased new "TP-Link TL-WR841N" to use as a wifi range extender on the same network connected through wire.
Since, this new router is secondary router, so, its DHCP is disabled and the gateway IP is also modified.
Now, I want to setup Qos or mac wise bandwidth control on this router.
But, I am unable to do so, because I am unable to do IP binding in this secondary router due to DHCP turned off.
So, please help solve this issue...and please suggest how can I perform mac wise bandwidth control on this router while using it as wifi extender or repeater....
please reply...thanks....

Switching the router to Access Point mode (WDS) will cancel the features related to WAN port, so the bandwidth control will no longer take effect, please refer to this FAQ:

What’s the difference between the Access Point Mode and Router Mode on the TP-Link wireless router?
