Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 3.16.0 0.9.1 v6038.0 Build 190925 Rel.62876n

whenever my connection goes down the router won't reconnect to it again.

line is in good condition everything is in ok in modem.

but router won't connect.

if i'll try to connect manually from router for 3-4 timers then it get's connected.

after connection goes down i had to connect manually.

 

i can provide system logs too.

whenever there's LCP down then this happens.

Hello, who is your ISP, please? If you connect your modem to a computer and build a PPPoE connection on the computer directly, will the internet drop on the computer? As per your description, it seems that the internet connection is not stable.

 

Please check and ensure the firmware of your router is up-to-date and send us the whole system log, we will ask our engineers to analyze it.

yes it is stable via direct broadband connection. it is stable via router too.

but whenever it disconencts router won't reconnect automatically (sometimes).

 

today morning same thing happened.

 

this is it what i saw.

1)

 

then i clicked on internet globe icon to manually connect
then it got connected successfully.
