Intermitant Internet Connectivity issues
So I have had my Deco P9 installed for about a week.
I have them running in AP mode as the router is handling the routing (Virginmedia Superhub 3)
Network is as follows
ISP---ISPRouter--P9DECO(Master) - - Wifi to other two P9DECO
I have reserved an IP address for each deco in DHCP.
DHCP leases are set to 7 days.
I have the latest firmware from TP-LInk at the time of writing this post.
----
Problem
Every 24 hours or so the master DECO simply loses internet connection. The internet connection is fine as my PC is connected directly to the router.
When I ping the Master P9 Deco from my PC which is connected to the same router I get no response. The Ping drops completely 100% packet loss.
I have changed the ethernet cable twice to make sure it is not a cable issue.
I have changed the port it is connected to on the router.
Only when I power cycle the Master DECO P9 does it respond to PINGS from my PC and is then able to access the internet.
There is clearly something fundamentally wrong for a brand new product to be unable to remain active for more than 24hours.
I have even factory reset all of the Deco P9 APs. STILL this problem persists.
