HELLO !!

I BUY IN THESE DAYS A NIC FROM AMAZON.

IT IS A Ziyituod RJ45 10/100/1000 PCI-E

I HAVE A MB ASUS PRIME PRO X470 AMD AND WIN 10 X64 BUILD 1909... THIS IS THE MAIN PC.

THE PROBLEMM IS HAVING A MODEM-ROUTER VC420-G3v

I CANNOT ACCESS THE MODEM - ROTER BECCAUSE THE PC NOT GET 
THE IP ASSEGNED BY ROUTER AS EXAMPLE 192.168.1.4 ECT...

THE CABLE ARE OK THE MODEM ROUTER IS WELL CONFIGURED

FROM ANOTHER LAN PC.

I TRYED UNISTALLING THE MAIN PC NIC BUT NOTHING WORKED...

I TESTED THE INTEL NIC WITH INTEL TOOL AND THE NIC IT IS OKAY.

JUST CANNOT ACCESS AND HAVE INTERNET IN MAIN PC !

CANNOT LOGIN IN MODEM - ROUTER FROM MAIN PC.


WHAT I CAN DO NOW ?

ANY IDEAS/TIPS/SUGGESTIONS ABOUT THIS ISSUE ?

VC420-G3v seems a customized version for Service Providers in the local market, which means the firmware of the router might be self-designed by your ISP.

 

Generally, the support for this customized version will be covered by your ISP, and we suggest you contact your ISP first to check if there is any limitation on the firmware.
