Model: Adapter

Hardware Version: V4

Firmware Version: Latest version to date(24/06/2020

I have been trying to connect my tl-wa854re for the longest time and wanted to know why it isn't connecting, it was connected and then it stopped connecting to the host network, it finds the host network but just does not want to connect at all, I've upgraded the firmware and seems to have done nothing and would love to know if my WiFi extender is still compatible to work or do I have to buy a new one, I have tried everything to connect and fix it but nothing is working help please.

Hello, how about the LED on the WA854RE after the configuration?

Please follow the instruction to log into the web page and tell me the current hardware and firmware version:
https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/1398/

If the WA854RE firmware is not the latest one, please update it first:

https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/download/tl-wa854re/#Firmware

And then please reset and reconfigure it and check whether it works:
https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/1411/

If there is only power light on, please relogin and show us the full screenshot of the status page. And please export the system log to us which you can find on the settings-system tools-system log and please tell me the model number of the main router.

@Solla-topee the power and the wireless led's only stay on after configuring the wifi exender

i have reset and reconfiguerd it and it has done noting at all. i have given all the images of the hardware version, firmware version and network status of the tplink and also the moder of my sky router, i have also included the system log
