Hello, thanks for reporting the issue to the community.
Sorry to say that the Archer A6 no longer supports the Bandwidth Control feature and it only supports QoS.
A6 supports IP/MAC binding and you may go to Security-IP & MAC binding to configure it.
Good days.

Hi, the Archer A6 v3 does not support bandwidth control (limit bandwidth per device), it only supports QoS. You can refer to the below instructions to get the configuration guidance:
https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2797/
We have feedback to the related department, and the bandwidth control feature will be available on the wireless routers in the future firmware update, but we cannot provide you an ETA, we cannot know which model will have it at the moment.
You are suggested to pay attention to the official website, or the new firmware notifications on your router web GUI for any new firmware updates.
If this functionality has determined the choice of equipment, you can return the router to the place of purchase as not as described.

@Kevin_Z
Please, almost all the routers have Speed limiting option per device in the QOS, could you request the devs to add this feature in future?

Yes, Bandwidth Control is the most basic and really necessary feature that's missing in such high end router.
Very disappointing. My 10 years old 800 INR router has this feature.
Not sure how can someone make such idiotic decision to remove this must have feature. And QOS is not alternative of Bandwidth Feature(not sure why TPLink team gives this lame excuse).
TPLink Team - Please add firmware update with bandwidth control feature for Archer A6 ASAP.
Lack of this most basic and must have feature makes this great router literally unusable.

How sad really that my Tp-link TL-WR941ND, is of old technology and has better benefits for bandwidth management than a new one, that was one of the main characteristics for what one was looking for the Routers of this brand, sorry to have to sell my new router for a bad operational decision and now if I need a router that handles bandwidth, I will have to look at other brands
