looking for a tablet that I could put on my kitchen counter that would always be on... allowing me to turn on and off lights, see cameras, etc.... have any of you done this?

@RyanEverhart789 Yep, that's exactly what you would use AutomationManager to do - it runs on a tablet that serves as a home control console and automation center. You compose your console using the variety of widgets that it supports along with other widgets or app shortcuts for other devices and services, e.g. security system, climate controls, cameras, etc.
