@Yon_Ap Same here, I am using unifi mobile prepaid in Malaysia

Model: TL-MR6400(APAC) Ver:3.0

Firmware Version:1.3.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 200402 Rel.63263n
Hardware Version:TL-MR6400 v3 00000002

@Kevin_Z I have read thru many threads for this issue, please answer my questions below:

1. May I know why TL-MR6400(APAC)_V3_191223 is listed as latest firmware in Malaysia? because my router comes with firmware Build 200402 which looks newer than 191223.

2. Also would like to know this beta driver https://static.tp-link.com/2020/202004/20200403/LTE_GATEWAYv3_1.2.0_0.9.1_up_boot(200402)_2020-04-02_17.28.07.zip is also not as new as my current firmware version right? (1.2.0 0.9.1 vs 1.3.0 0.9.1). So I can expect my current firmware has all the patches and fixes in the beta driver except the band lock feature right?

3. Let's say there's fix for this issue after I tried all available firmware, can I refund or addon money for another model? I just bought from official TPlink on shopee and under warranty coverage.

@Kevin_Z

Please read again my description, the firmware in your reply is the same with the one come along as my router shipped.

However I have reinstall the firmware from your link and the issue still same, nothing being fixed or enhanced.

Please reply my 3rd question whether I can refund or addon money for another model. Thanks

@SpacingOut

Hi, we TP-Link as the manufacture doesn't provide any refund or return for the products sold in the market, you need to contact the reseller to request this if they are willing to provide.

Back to the issue you are reporting again, you are not on the latest beta firmware, check this please:

I'm in Taiwan with V3 hardware.

Used out of the box for 2 years with Chunghwa telecom SIM and never had a disconnect problem

Then recently switched to Gtnet and was getting the disconnect issues many times a day

Flashed the firmware with LTE_GATEWAYv3_1.3.0_0.9.1_up_boot(210129)_2021-02-01_16.25.31_beta.bin

https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/232022?page=2

called Gtnet and got the APN settings. They were different than the one the router fetched automatically from network.

Made a new profile manually with those settings

Set band A and band B to the same band38 (basic tab). Disabled Roaming (advanced tab).

It's been working like a charm since
