Hi, may I know which password you want to change for the device?
WI-FI password OR login password to enter the device's management page?
If it is Wi-Fi password, may I know which operation mode is used for the device?
If the repeater(Range Extender) is chosen for the device, it will have the same password as the main router.
If you want to change the password, please change the main router's password.
If other modes are chosen, please go to wireless-wireless security to change the Wi-Fi password after you enter the management page of the device.

If you want to change username and password to login the device, please go to system tools-password to change.

solution 1:go the router setup page & follow the instraction
solution2: go the router setup page thjen go to the wpps site and give previousd password then current password
