Deco x60 - Disconnected from Other Decos
I have 3 Deco X60 in my house. Lately (after upgrading the firmware) I have noticed that very often the 2 slave decos appear "Disconnected from other Decos"
So I only see the master online
I didn't have a problem before and also I used to have a Deco M9 mesh in the same locations and never happened with the M9s
Please advise
Nuno

Hello, you need to provide more details then we can speed up the whole process.
As you can see that the latest 1.2.5 official firmware has fixed the disconnect issue some customers reported before, it may be a different case if you are still encountering the disconnect.
Try to restart all of the 3 Deco X60 nodes and ensure there are not too many barriers or walls between each of them.
Good days~

@Rider I have 3 units, firmware 1.2.6 Build 20201013 Rel 57035. 3 units randomly disconnected and then automatically connected in 1-2 minutes. when discounted there is no internet at all, you see the light is red. the Main and satellite 1 hardware connect, Main and Satellite 2 wireless connect in 20 feet.
Also in the "Monthly Report", there are several days shown 0 devices connected. for example, last month, on date 11/4, 11/5, 11/6, 11/7, 11/12, 11/13, 11/15, 11/17, 11/24, 11/25, all those days show 0 total connected Network Devices, this month, 12/5, 12/11 also shows 0 total connected Network Devices. That is impossible because I have Nest, WiFI sprinkler timer, WIFI cameras, WIFI printers, Laptop, Phones, at lease more than 5 devices connect the network 24x7.
Another symptom is, when the device just connect to the WIFI, run the speed test, it is very fast (200mbps), after a couple of hours, it runs very slow, then run the speed test, it is around 30mbps, disconnect the WIFI, then re-connect it again, it runs fast again. my total connected devices never above 15, most of time are less 10 devices.
Any suggestion?
Thanks
