Issue: TP-Link Archer MR200 AC750 - No SIM Card Detected
I bought the "TP-Link Archer MR200 AC750 " from Amazon on 11-Jul-2020, it worked very well until now. After coming from one week vacation, I started the router again and I do not see any LTE/3G/2G signal. After login to the PT-Link setting, I see the following error under Quick Setup tab:
---------------------------------
No SIM Card
Please insert your SIM card.
----------------------------------
To troubleshoot:
1) I tried with BSNL, Jio and Airtel SIM but the router just cannot detect any SIM at all.
2) Reboot a few times and then Factory reset 2-3 times, but still the issue exists.
3) Checked with Huawei Router and verified that Mobile Signals are ok.
Any assistance to resolve the issue is highly appreciated.

I do not know the model number of the sim card it only has the serial number printed, these are Jio 4G Sim, Airtel 4G Sim, BSNL 3G Sim. Both Jio and Airtel 4G Sim used to work till last week, now suddenly I see the router (TP-Link Archer MR200 AC750) not able to detect any of the Sim card. My device Model number is "TP-Link Archer MR200(EU) Ver: 4.1"
I am located in Bangalore city.

Good day.
Thank you very much for your detailed information.
In this way, I am afraid that there might be something wrong with the MR200.
Since you just bought it, please feel free to contact the shop retailer to get it replaced first.
Thanks a lot.

HI,
Yes it's possible that the item was faulty as I only used it not more than 3 weeks. I contacted the TP-Link customer support, they're now replacing the faulty item.

Hi,
How long have you had the modem and when did this issue start?
Have you already tested with another SIM card?
Thank you very much.

@AshimNath The issue was happening with all the available SIM cards.
My device was under warranty, therefore, TP_Link replaced the item with a new device.
Thank you.
