On 23rd April I bought the above from Tech-outlet-store1 on E bay. The item was new and worked perfectly for a few months. Last month, after the 90 days return, it stopped working and re-setting it did not work. I have tried contacting the seller but have received no reply.

Any help you can give would be appreciated. I now have two teenage grandchildren who can not get on the internet at their home.
