The router keeps rebooting itself constantly. I have tried changing the power outlets, Resetting the router but everything fails

Hello, sorry about that.

 

Please confirm what do you mean by router rebooting itself constantly, are all the LEDs turn off then on automatically and the internet on it will temporarily down?

 

Is there any other setting or feature in your network that may cause this restart issue? What if you disable the Smart Connect feature on it?

Hi,

 

Smart Connect is turned off, I have setup the 2 bands seperately.

I have checked every setting on the router, even turned off DoS flooding check, disabled everything else, But it still restarting everytime I put some heavy load on it.

 

Lets say I am downloading something and I have been noting this for a month now - As soon as download speed reaches 9mbps router shuts down and then reboots.
