No internet on PC connecting via Lan with main Deco M9 plus

Hi i connect my main deco M9 Plus to my ISP using PPOE.. (Unifi).. i try to connect my PC via Lan to LAn port 2 on my main Deco. My wifi work great. but my PC does not have internet and stated as log in to unknown network...i try to reset and auto fix via win 10 but still no internet. anyone can help me..?

Please confirm if you have enabled IPTV settings on the Deco app, which will reserve the LAN2 port for the IPTV and you will no longer have internet access by plugging a PC into it. BTW, how about the LED on the Deco M9?
If there are no IPTV settings on the Deco app, confirm what is the IP address you got on your PC when it is plugged into the LAN2 port of the main Deco, try to ping the gateway and the internet:

If possible, try another computer and confirm again.

how do i disable the iptv vlan? i need the second port for pc access.
