Firmware Version:

Hello.

I have a mixed powerline network with the following adapters:

- 1 PA8010P (sender, next to main router)

- 1 WPA8630 (in my bedroom, it came in the kit with PA8010P)

- 1 PA6030 (in my bedroom, this is the one that is causing me issues)

- 1 PA6030 (in the living room)

Tp PLC Utility is showing the link rate between PA8010P and the PA6030 in my bedroom a really slow speed. Under 50 mpbs. This PA6030 is connected by ethernet cable to my PC, and Speedtest for internet connection shows under 20 mbps. My internet speed in the main router is 150 mbps.

Whe i connect the PC directly to the main router i'm getting clean 150 mbps.

With the WPA8630 i'm getting 60 mpbs by cable as well as by Wifi.

With the PA6030 in living room, Tp PLC utility shows above 300 mbps as link rate.

Could anyone tell why this occurs with one PA6030 and not with the other?

Thank you very much.

Fernando

@FerFrancoVz

Good day,

Thank you very much for your time and patience.

Sorry for the delay.

How long have you had the TL-PA6030kit?

Have you tried to swap the locations of the two TL-PA6030s to see if the issue followed the specific adapter or the location?

If possible, please also reset the 6030 in the bedroom, pair it again and plug it to a different socket to see if the powerline rate would be improved or not;

Thanks a lot.
