Firmware Version: 0.2.0 0.9.1 v0070.0 Build 170719 Rel.63031n

Hi, Iam updated to latest version of software and vr400 keeps disconnecting from time to time 

that issue is n't found on isp huawi router 

I don't know why I face disconnecting issue with tplink routers

the more disappointing issue is that router doesn't reconnect , even if I manually from setting disconnect and connect it doesn't obtain new ip

you have to either reboot from settings or manually 

?

Iam wondering where is tplink support

Thank you very much for your time and patience.

For your case, we might need your help to check the following information:

Did the unstable connection start after the firmware update?

Who is your internet service provider and At the back of the VR400, is it the DSL port connected to the internet provider, or the Ethernet port?

When the internet dropped, is there any change on the LED lights on the modem?

Have you ever noticed that if both wired connections and wireless connections have the same issue or just wireless?
