is it possible to find a user/configuration manual per Archer VR1210v?

If no user manual is available for your particullar model, then you second best choice might be to resort to a manual of another router model with similar functions. For example the models VR600v, VR900v or VR2800v. There will of course be some differences compared to your VR1210v, but perhaps still better than nothing.

Where are you located?
There is a quick installation guide in Italian version.
And since it is a customized model of service provider, for any advanced features, you could have a check with the internet service provider.
