Archer VR2100 - Randomly reboots several times a day.
Hi,
Had the Arccher Vr2100 a few eeks now and it reboots itself several times during a 24hr period.
Firmware up to date and cannot see and kind of schedules in the settings that would reboot it.
The logs do not show anything obvious.
Do i have a faulty device?

I'm on firmware: 1.4.0 0.9.1 v009e.0 Build 201122 Rel.72659n
Hardware: Archer VR2100 v1 00000000
I have about 10 devices connected and a onemesh extender, although its been doing this since day 1 before i bought the extender.

Hi again,
Your tech adviced me to schedule a reboot for temporary fix but it doesn't help me aswell. For example i made a schedule to reboot it on 03:00 AM everyday but after 10-15 hrs, i realize that CRC errors raise to 2-3 millions and internet becomes unusable. In this firmware (1.4.0 0.9.1 v009e.0 Build 210106 Rel.33752n), i need to reboot it manually to use internet again. It was automatically rebooting on previous firmwares. So, because reboot schedule doesn't help, i need a quick solution please.

Just to let you know, I too have the same issue with this router rebooting once or twice a day. I am located in the UK and I am using VDSL. I had a TP-Link WD9980 modem router prior to this and it didn't crash every day like this one. I have just installed the latest beta firnware version (dated 6th Jan 2021) and I will report back my findings. Regards. Steve

I just had another reboot. Is there are later firmware that I can try? The latest version is dated 6th Jan 2021. Basically this router isn't fit for purpose unless these reboots are resolved very soon. Regards. Steve
