Archer VR2100 - Randomly reboots several times a day.
Hi,
Had the Arccher Vr2100 a few eeks now and it reboots itself several times during a 24hr period.
Firmware up to date and cannot see and kind of schedules in the settings that would reboot it.
The logs do not show anything obvious.
Do i have a faulty device?

please can you let me know how I raise a ticket for further help? I have installed the beta firmware & tried all the options but have had 2 drop outs already today.

As said @YNWA or create new topic/thread here (as me https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/253970). Fill firmware version, model etc and i think @Kevin_Z create tickets for you.
Last beta firmware as said anyone before is: https://static.tp-link.com/beta/2021/202102/20210222/Archer_VR2100V1_210219.zip
(first unzip file before update and for security be sure you are downloading from only official link)
But we are knowing this firmware still crashing. Firstly it seems more stabile for me, but maybe it was luck (today crash). I don't know, but still crashing. Now we are waiting what next.
It's pain for us as customers, but i think for engineers must be pain too. :(

Below is the pathetic response I have received from Technical Support today.

I'm still no response from the engineers. My last report was about the last fall and now nothing.
But I understand it's stressful for both side.
Among other things today crashed too.
EDIT 19:40 and again (max uptime about 12 hours :( )

The problems still continue and nothing from TP-Link. Still no response from technical support either.
This firmware does not fix problems.

I purchased a VR2100 a couple of weeks ago, I've not had issues with rebooting but on my downstream I am getting 2-3 million errors within 24 hours of uptime.
Anyone else noticing this?
