Cloud service unavailable
Why is the cloud service always down, can't connect my nc220, keeps saying I have no internet connection, but every other internet link is working fine.
TP-Link really seem to have lost the plot, the service is so poor.

Did it only happen when you are on the 3/4G network, or it happened when you are connected to the local Wi-Fi as well?
Would the camera become red when it lost the connection?
May I know how long have you had the camera and when did the issue start?
And what is the model number of your home router?
Have you ever tried to reset the camera to see if that helped?
And please also try to change the DNS server on the router to be 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 and turn off the firewall if possible.
