I have bought an wifi extender, but when i will instal it the wifi name on the extender witch is TP-Link_Extender_2.4Ghz do not come so i can instal it.

May I know the model number of your range extender？
There is a reset pinhole on the left/right side of the extender, please hold it for 10s till all the lights turn on then off;
After that, please check if there is any TP-Link_Extender_2.4Ghz;
