Hi,

Just got my Deco E4 - but struggling to set up ... setup goes smoothly till the prompt asking one to connect the mobile to the deco network -- on trying this, the deco pulse immediately goes to red. And then the app says no internet connection. But the backup network is fine!!

Tried resetting the Deco, tried restarting the modem - but the same issue everytime! Any tips would be highly appreciated!

Thanks

@Ranjini

Hi,

Sorry to hear that you have some difficulties with the Deco E4 setup. We can do further troubleshooting and try to fix it.

What is the current network topology/diagram? With your computer connected to the modem directly, please check whether you can access the internet and the IP address obtained.

Try to power cycle the modem and the Deco E4 units to give it a go.

Besides, here is troubleshooting guidance you can refer to:

May it help~
