Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 1.0.5 Build 20200514 Rel. 50730

I purchased and set up my WiFi range extender today and all of my devices are connecting and working well. My PS4 however does not show the extender on its Wifi list. The PS4 picks up the router and works if connected to the extender via ethernet cable but that is not feasible as the extender is away from the PS4. Please assist, thank you.

Hi, were both 2.4ghz and 5ghz of RE200 invisible?

And what are the SSIDs of the RE200?

If possible, please try to change the wireless channel of the home router like channel 11 for 2.4ghz and channel 40/48 for 5ghz;

Please also reboot the PS4 to have a look;
