Model: Archer VR2800
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: Firmware Version:0.4.0 0.9.1 v006c.0 Build 200227 RC.63688n

Flashing firmware Archer VR2800(EU)_V1_200710 results in no internet. Tried reloading config file but still no internet. Checked settings and they appear correct yet still no internet. I have returned to Firmware Version:0.4.0 0.9.1 v006c.0 Build 200227 RC.63688n which gives me back the internet. WHY?

@BobTrace

Good day.

Thank you very much for your time and patience.

Who is your internet service provider and what kind of connection type does it require, Dynamic IP or PPPoE?

Could you please help me get the system logs when the modem is working fine on the old previous, while stopped working on the new firmware?

Thanks a lot.

@Sunshine

My ISP is Plusnet and it uses PPPOE.

Do not have the log for the failed Firmware flash and do not want to install it again until fixed.

I have seen several other postings here with the same problem so I believe the working log will be of little use to you. If it is essential, I will risk flashing the firmware again.

Thanks for you reply.
