Hi,

I have two AV2000 1Gb/2Port installed and have recently upgraded to a 1Gb service from

a new service provider (Virgin Media).

I have the TPplc app installed on my iPhone X and iPad Pro but I cannot see any devices

available.

Do I have to reenter the new WiFi password for the new router and how do I go about this?

Thanks in advance for any assistance

Sincere regards

@HubertMc

Good day.

Thank you very much for your time and patience.

I see that your model number is TL-PA9020PKIT, and they are all wired adapters with no Wi-Fi ability.

So you might need to download the powerline utility to manager these devices;

Or did you put the wrong model?

Thanks a lot.

@HubertMc Thanks again. I thought I could monitor the Powerline adapters through my phone. I have the utility for my PC and its working fine.

Sincere regards
