Model: TL-WPA8630 KIT

I have a Passthrough powerline kit and have configured it so a) the adaptor and extender are connected b) all lights are on on the adaptor c) I can connect to the wifi of the adaptor BUT the extender isn't giving out a wifi signal. The extender is in an outbuilding and I can connect to it via ethernet. Any ideas why the wifi isn't working?

Thank you very much for your time and patience.

Did you press the Wi-Fi light on the adapter before since the Wi-Fi button is also used to clone the wireless name and password of the home router;

If possible, please try to hold the pair button for 15s to do to factory reset;

After that, please check if there is any default Wi-Fi SSID like TP-Link extender showing up?
