I got the Range Extender 350 today but it can connect to the Android phones, but on Windows 10 it says Windows can't find the router settings.
Any suggestions on how to fix this?

May I know the model number of your windows 10 computer?
Did you set up the static IP address on the computer before?
Since RE350 is 2.4ghz and 5ghz compatible, was the computer not able to connect either of them?
And is there any possibility that you could connect the extender via cable to the RE350 to have a look?
