Soo ive been using this AC1200 and randomly i get Wan Status in the LED as Orange and for a few seconds a get no internet.

Ive tried everything, powercycle, factory reset everything and it always happens.

Im using this router as my main and the Operator one in Bridge Mode.

@Bruno-TP

Hello, thanks very much for the detailed log you provided. Please help confirm some more details and we will try to figure it out:

1. May I know who is your ISP? What are the network bandwidth and connection type provided by your ISP?

2. When the internet drops on the C1200, does it show the WAN port unplugged or any error on its web interface status page? Is there still a WAN IP address on the C1200 when the internet becomes orange? What is it?

3. Ensure the cable between the C1200 and your ISP modem is good, try with another cat5e or cat6 cable if necessary. Please confirm how did you recover the internet connection on the C1200, do you need to reboot the C1200 or unplug the Ethernet cable on its WAN or just wait and it will recover automatically?

If this makes no difference, please send us the whole system log on the C1200 showing this connect-disconnect-connect issue, don't restart it when it disconnected from the internet, just login to the web interface and save the log and sent it to us, thanks.

1. NOS in Portugal 500/100  2. Sometimes it shows 0.0.0.0 on the ip but other times it is just for a few seconds and it doesnt even have time to drop the WAN Values. 3 The cables are all cat6 and new and ive tested with others aswell (cat5e), I dont need to do nothing to recover the internet it the orange Wan Light goes back to green after a few seconds or 1 to 2 minute max. Ill leaver a download link to my entire log of today and its visibile that every hour or soo the Wan goes Off. https://gofile.io/d/lAddlK
