Should it not work on WPA2 in WPA2/WPA3 option?

Is the home router Archer AX20, or A20?
May I know the hardware and firmware version of the Archer AX20 as well as RE450?
and did it happen to both 2.4ghz and 5ghz of the AX20 when the security was set WPA2/WPA3 personal?
