Speed test directly on the router gives an average of 400megs down, but when using the powerline adapters it shows 25 meg when plugging directly my laptop to it.
Something that could cause some interference (LightwaveRF smart sockets)
Anyone in a similar scenario?

May I know the hardware and firmware version about the TL-PA8010kit?
How long have you had the device and when did the issue start?
Have you tried to reset the adapters and set it up again to see If that made any difference?
And if possible, please try to download the powerline utility and help me check the powerline rate?
