Hi,

There used to be support information as well as downloads available for the NC220 camera but it seems to have disappeared.  I was able to find the support page for the NC200 but not NC220.  Could someone from TP-Link please have a look?  I would like to upgrade my camera's firmware to address the recently discovered security vulnerability.

Thank you very much for your time and patience.

Sorry for the delay.

TP-Link removed these models from the TP-Link official website because they are end of life for a long time. But TP-Link still provides free product support for as long as you own the product.

As for the firmware of the NC220 V1, there are two firmware available:

NC220 V1:

@Brook Thanks, appreciate the links to these 2 versions.  There is supposed to be a higher version of the firmware, I believe it is version 1.3.4 Build 200924 Rel.94AF36. Can you please provide download link for it too?
