Hello,

 

My camera is NC250 V1 with firmware 1.3.0.

 

I am using the tpCamera Android app which says there is a new firmware version 1.3.4.

 

I tried to upgrade from the app without success.

 

Is firmware 1.3.4 available for download as a file so I can upgrade the camera from the web interface?

 

Please, provide download link.

You could refer to this link to update the firmware via web interface of the NC cameras:

But for the NC250 V1, I only see the following firmware:

NC250 V1:

Maybe 1.3.4 becomes available in the future.

You clearly can see the firmware version 1.3.4 appearing to be available in the screenshot from the tpCamera Android app. However the app does not update the camera to this version for some reason, no matter how long you wait for the update procedure to finish.

 

We really would like to update our NC250 to this version, if it exists.

Upgrading to 1.3.4 from the tpCamera app works.

 

It would be great to be able to upgrade from the camera's web interface, too.
